Born and raised in Polk County, North Carolina, Susan Dale has deep roots in Western North Carolina. She moved to Rutherford County in 2013 and has developed a strong appreciation for the communities and people that make this area such a special place to call home. Susan’s interest in real estate began through her personal experience buying and renovating homes alongside her husband, Chris. Those projects gave her firsthand insight into the potential of a property, the renovation process, and the decisions involved in buying and selling real estate. What started as a shared interest eventually inspired Susan to pursue her real estate license and turn that experience into a career helping others. For Susan, real estate is about more than buying and selling property. She understands that purchasing a home or preparing to sell can be one of life's biggest decisions, and she is committed to making the process as straightforward, positive, and rewarding as possible. Susan believes that honesty, kindness, and respect are the foundation of every successful client relationship. She values clear communication, earning her clients' trust, and treating people the way she would want her own family to be treated. Outside of real estate, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband of nine years, her daughter, and her grandson. Family is an important part of her life and one of the reasons she understands what finding the right place to call home truly means. With strong connections to both Polk and Rutherford counties, Susan is proud to help buyers and sellers navigate the Western North Carolina real estate market with genuine care, personal attention, and a commitment to doing what's right for her clients.
